Memory vestige: light STILL BROKEN
So after the second week of reset, I still can’t get all my fragments. After searching the web for hours I finaly endeared every vestige of light and dark I had in my inventory and mail box. And after doing that played for two days straight almost. Multiple cysts, multiple zone over throws. And still haven’t gotten a single new vestige of light to drop?! WTH is going on here, bungie please help

Reset Destiny, reset Steam, waited until the next day, waiting until reset on Tuesday (even though I couldn't play until Wednesday because of server issues) and I have even joined people who didn't have an inventory full of Memory Vestige of Light and it didn't help. I have even gone through all of the "Alone In the Dark" quests again but to no avail. All I need is the Facet of Dominance, just can't get it.
