Just horrific game design, what a monumental failure. Who ever had that idea does not belong in game development and has destroyed all their credibility as a developer and shouldn't be trusted with anything else in the future.

6 RepliesThey’ve made some exquisitely annoying moment for The Final Shape. I beat this with Loreley Splendour. But the entire Khvostov quest is full of mechanics that are like, “let’s make them do it until it’s annoying and then make them do it 17 more times”

4 Repliesthe developers must be sick of working on destiny. it shows in so many activities , the boredom must be setting in. they over cooked everything making it all raid elite youngster material . leaving a lot to be desired for the main casual paying customers . my guess they are young and out of touch with whats needed to balance content for the bulk of players it's looking more and more it's time to hang up the hat on destiny .

6 RepliesFunny, how Bungie posts a video of devs gloating and laughing over the fact they are designiing stuff to be so hard it makes players cry and want to quit the game. Then we as players run into that stuff and hate it. Those devs are sadistic and hateful. They deserve to loose their jobs

11 RepliesIt doesn't help that they made this one of the furthest ones away to run to. That on top of having to get ammo before every attempt. All that to die from a moth you can't see that ignores all armor resists for any character.

Another mission in the long parade of missions in the game that people grit their teeth and only play once and then never hope to play it again. Bungie's design philosophy seems a little...off. Meanwhile, I remember the 1AU mission where we had to invade the Ghauls' ship the Almighty to disable its weapons. It was epic and more importantly, fun. If I could I'd rerun that in a heartbeat, but of course, I can't because it was sunset. But hey, now you get to fight moths!!!

My face when I saw there was a triumph to complete it in under 4 minutes 😒 and then having to run ALL THE WAY BACK TO IT to try it again. 🙃
