There are two things you need to know, the switches are only for the the perks like rewind roumds, head seaker etc, and can only be done on legend, now if you want to obtein the entrensic perck like "the corruption spreads II, III, IV" the you will need to do another sets of puzzles that can be done on normal and consist on you shooting with the outbreak three sets of three plates , that will give you acces to the puzzle in the vault that you need to compleat, If you need help just search d2 zero hour vault puzzle
