Potential bug(?) Prismatic Fragments
I'm unable to unlock any fragments like the other users on Reddit. Is there a fix for this coming?
"Every time I get one of the memory things in the pale heart, it brings me to the same prismatic chest no matter what. Even when I’ve already got the fragment from the chest. Is there anything I can do to fix that or do I just need to wait for it to be fixed?"
I've deleted memories and went back to cysts to kill the shiny enemies, and I still don't have access to unlocking the fragments once I have a location to a prismatic chest.

Are you getting these memories from the same chests? Because, if so, that's why they keep pointing you to the same fragment. I hope this is the case and you're not suffering a bug, such as the one I am currently fighting. Anyway, there's a link to a fantastic guide on how to get all of the Fragments, etc.
