Lost Encryption Bit 14/15
I’ve acquired both triumphs “Gilded Treasure” (Finding all 9 region chest) & “One Man’s Trash…” (Finding all 6 piles of rubble inside the Cysts). Only received 14 out of 15 lost encryption bits. Also acquired the “Visionary” triumph for collecting all 8 visions of the Traveler. If it’s a bug, can you please fix ASAP. Been trying to get the “Khvostov” since last week.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Please note that we are currently addressing an issue with the triumphs incorrectly tracking region chests and rubble piles. Therefore, please don't rely on these Triumphs as confirmation that you've collected all region chests and searched every rubble piles. We recommend players to re-run all of the Cyst activities and make sure every rubble pile has been searched. Once all of the chests and rubble piles are interacted with, you will receive the Lost Encryption Code regardless of how many bits have appeared in your inventory.
