Heart of Inmost Light/Spirit of Inmost Light do not work with frenzied blade
Don't know if this has always been like this, but I recently got the HOIL perk on the exotic class item and I noticed using frenzied blade, both one charge and completely using all 3 charges, does not proc the ability regen. Really sucks cause I had an awesome build in mind with this exotic class item, but frenzied blade not proccing the perk really screws up the rotation.

Inmost light never worked with multiple charges.
