I upgraded my curated Luna's howl but eye of the storm perk is not enhancing. What can I do? I already spent 3 ascendant shards on the weapon so it's level 3.

Move the cursor to the perk and click on it and the red border becomes visible again. Something is buggy with enhanced weapons so hopefully there will be a fix later today or in near future.
