Not really gamebreaking but the quest that introduces synthweaves to you has a reward where ada-1 gives you 10,000 glimmer, my friend couldn't claim the reward even though they were not capped on glimmer (had around 380k so wasn't because they were close to cap) after buying enough raid banners to be below 250k they were then allowed to claim the reward and continue on with the step and complete the quest. So I guess that one quest got overlooked with the new glimmer cap and how it works now
