To start this off, I would like to provide some context (I am on PC btw): For the past couple of months now, mostly since the start of season of the wish, I had been getting ANTEATER error codes. I would receive this error code often. Sometimes within minutes of each other. And other times it was hours between. This error code wasn't the worst all the time as it would usually just black screen and put me right back into the activity. Occasionally the game would straight crash to desktop without even an error code, if it did provide an error code it had to do with ANTEATER again. I had not been receiving practically any error codes in the last week or two of season of the wish going into final shape. I have recently moved in which I got a new modem, so it is possible (that being the two weeks before) that my previous modem was to blame. However, I had a friend on console (on the previous modem) in the same building using the same modem and nothing came up on his end error code wise. This same modem worked perfectly on every other game proving to have a stable ping range of 8-11ms. Perhaps this error code is linked to my computer hardware? If it is, what could it be? I have no issues running the game other than this. Going into today: I get WEASEL consistently which sends me straight to the title screen without fail. This error code appears at least an hour through me playing, other times it happens nearly immediately after loading into anything. I get this error code even doing things solo, like being in the pale heart or doing warlord's ruin (I do not recall if it has happened in orbit, and if it has it was not recently). That said, this still happens with the ANTEATER error code which occurs at least once each time I sit down and play. ANTEATER can happen to me playing solo or multiplayer. The current ANTEATER error codes now only black screen me and respawn me with 0 ammo. I do think that this error code could be linked to my current modem, as it is not the best. My current ping now ranges from 60-80ms, but nearly every multiplayer game still runs very well. I do admit that occasionally my ping spikes, which could definitely be the ANTEATER error codes that I now receive. This does not solve the WEASEL error codes, though, that I receive so very often. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
