Paracausal geometries not showing (stuck at 8)

I've finished all the cysts and I had 7 out of 11. I found out that after every cyst done you get another one. It worked for the first time but after clearing another 2 or 3 it doesn't work anymore.

It’s more than just doing the cysts. You need to do the repeatable “Alone in the dark” quest from Micah. After you bring the ghost back to the Arbor it should add the next one to the map
