Just did a flawless warlords ruin and didnt get the triumph
Honestly not that big of a deal since i already have the exotic, (and the real prestige is solo flawless).. But at the end of it all i still made it through a fresh run from start to finish without dying. No going to orbit and no checkpoints. Wheres my triumph..? I looked up my session viewer on destiny tracker, and theres a big 0 next to my deaths.

Even if the triumph wording implies a personal deathless completion is enough, having a fireteam member die will invalidate the flawless triumph for the whole team.
