Thanks to an old comedy film I have long called Arc Soul "Thunder Buddy"
With my Prismatic Warlock I can have a Solar Mortar, Arc Soul, and Stasis Turret all at once.
I call this build "Buddies"
I use Getaway Artist for the Arc Soul, then Hellion, and Stasis Turret.
It sorta feels like being a one person army and is great at ADD control. Remarkably my ability cool downs are fast enough to spam this at each add phase or mini boss encounter. I run the new Solar Super and some times Travelers Chosen, so that the few times my abilities are all on cool down and I need them I have three options: The sidearms power, Transcendence, or my super all of which help speed things along.
My old load out was Arc-Lock, Getaway Artist, and Rat King. While it had higher survivability it's crowd control was not as good. I find it funny that more people don't realize Arc Souls work while invisible.
I now feel so attached to Prismatic that it feels odd swapping to any other sub. Even Arc which was my baby.
Bungie blew my expectations out of the ballpark with Prismatic.

If I may ask what fragments do you have on this build? I'm trying to recreate the same type of build, I want little buddies battling with me, it's fun and powerful. I've been looking for others with the similar build idea and so far you're the only one I found.

4 RepliesI saw Ehroar’s build for Prismatic and what i noticed is when he create a arc buddy, a Bleakwatcher dropped down at the same time. I wonder if that’s a bug with Getaway Artist and Bleakwatcher for Prismatic only.

It’s better with devour and bleak watcher since any kills refill grenade energy when devour is up
