Then get the encryption keys from scannable tech piles in each of the six Cyst missions (you can look up where each one is). Then you get a legendary encryption key, you’ll then go to the impasse landing zone and go to the cosmodrome portion of the map and go to where we originally got Khvostov in D1, use the key on the chest and it gives you the legendary version. Did this last night.
