Stuck at 14 Lost Encryption Bits
ETA: I ended up going through cysts again after updates a couple weeks ago and there was a pile of debris there.
I GOT IT!! It was not due to full inventory, or the boss. Thank you all for the comments.
I've been trying to get Khvostov and have been stuck at 14 bits. I've done all the cysts, have the exotic mote, have all the things, except for the bits... I've done cysts over, and over, and over, and over, and over... Is this something that is happening for everybody? Is going to be fixed soon?

I have the same issue. Triumph is completed on my account. I picked up all 6, but am stuck at 14. I also have all the chests and that triumph is also completed on my toon.
