PLATFORM: Steam SYSTEM INFO: CPU: Ryzen 5800x3d GPU: Nvidia 4080 RAM: 32GB OS Version: Windows 11 ISSUE: Hazardous Propulsion's rocket 35% damage buff is being overwritten by all empowering Buffs resulting in lower damage output. REPRO STEPS: Tested a rocket without any buffs. Tested rocket with Hazardous Propulsion buff. Tested with only Radiant/Well of Radiance/Weapons of Light, etc Tested with both Hazardous Propulsion and one of the above empowering buffs. ACTUAL RESULT: Damage buff to rockets are only appearing as lower damage buff. Easiest example is Well of Radiance/radiant (25% damage buff) EXPECTED RESULT: Expect to either see the empowering damage stack with the rocket buff, or have the higher rocket buff override the lower empowering buff.
