So I decided to (finally) go after both Khvostovs yesterday and started collecting the remaining Visions of the traveler. While I was able to find most ones pretty easily, my final one (in the last city) doesn’t seem to show up for me, no matter what I try. (Yes, I’m in patrol!) Tried my luck on all my characters but to no avail. I‘m basically locked out of getting the exotic Khvostov as of right now. (Sitting at 16 motes currently and just missing this single one vision) Tried searching if anyone else has the same issue, but so far I haven’t been able to find anything. Maybe someone here encountered this problem as well (and found a way to fix it?) or has an idea that I haven’t thought of before?
