I don’t believe this is supposed to be the case, but while wearing the Armamentarium titan exotic chest piece, if you die with more than one grenade charge in pvp (may be pve too, didn’t have time to check), you respawn with only one grenade charge. This also causes the partial charge on your 2nd grenade to reset
