I have completed 4 overthrows, two match made and two solo and I did not once see the text that indicated a keeper wizard spawning. I was keeping a close eye on the text bar and even went to zones I heard they spawn in and there’s nothing there. Edit: they seem to be spawning now And they’re not spawning again.
