Khvostov cannot be acquired if you've placed the Traveler collectibles before getting the exotic mote
I gathered all 8 Traveler collectibles before getting the 17th mote of light/the exotic mote, and am now unable to open the chest to acquire the exotic Khvostov. Probably something that shouldn't happen. I have restarted a few times to no success, so I figure it's worth bringing up to the help forums.
I'm on Series X, though I don't know if that's directly relevant/correlated to the bug.

That happened to me as well. Placed them before collecting the exotic mote
