help, i cant complete the excision activity due to weasel disconnects

CPU: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX 2.20 GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU RAM: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) GPU Driver Version: 555.99 OS Version: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 22631) (22621.ni_release.220506-1250) ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): Optimum (35Mb Upload/1Gb Download) / LAN DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/BnJH8JTM ISSUE: I am playing on the microsoft store version for PC. I am unable to complete the excision activity. I am able to get through the first video, then into the mission (with 12 people) then within 2 minutes (sometimes as soon as 10 seconds) I get the "contacting destiny servers" popup at the bottom of destiny, then shortly after, I get kicked back to either orbit (beaver error code) or to the login screen (weasel error code). I have also experienced this error in gambit. I have tried to trouble shoot everything I could find on Bungie help. I have had consistent internet speeds and the other people in my house have not had a single issue. This is very specific to my PC. REPRO STEPS: 1. Login to game 2. Load Excision mission 3. watch intro video 4. que into matchmaking 5. load into excision activity 6. start doing things 7. reconnect issue (anteater) // Disconnect completely (weasel) ACTUAL RESULT: Kicked back to the starting loading screen (before logging in to select a character) EXPECTED RESULT: To be able to complete the excision activity.
