Can't obtain Lost Encryption Bits.
I have the primordial mote and have gotten the chest to spawn. But after unlocking all of the regional chests, and attempting to gather lost encryption bits from the cyst locations, I have 0. I have done the Alone in the Dark quest 9 times and still have no idea what is going on. Have I missed something or is this a bug ?.

Was your inventory full while opening the chests? Bungie are looking into an issue where bits gained while your inventory is full are lost.
