Give Titans a competitive instant cast ranged super, twilight arsenal is a step in the right direction, but it is still weak comparatively to other classes.

1 Replyit may not provide as much burst as other class supers, but to have the axe relics after the initial cast can make up for it in some cases. obviously if they are on the ground at the bosses feet it may be an issue to get one but still, it's a little extra after the initial cast.
