As a solo player Making thiese items only obtainable with someone else is rediculous and a slap in the face to all of us solos. More than half of the player base are solos.
I play Warframe because Destiny lacks in way too many areas for a game that has been running for a decade, and one of the options in Waframe is that DE allows their player base to play 99% of the content how they want to play whether it's difficult or not. This means if I want to run all the content solo, I can, it's my choice. They added 3 settings to the game. Solo, Matchmaking, or friends only. Basic programming Destinys developer refuses to use. Child's play, by the way, it's not hard for them to add all these options to Destiny. II's that they literally refuse to because they want to have way too much control over how people play their game and that is just wrong.
This developer always fights the community about the option of how the majority of the community would like to play the game, and they have been doing it for 10 years now. People ask for basic settings in gaming and their "solution" is to always look to make matters worse by looking for ways around what people have requested. An example, they fought the community for 3 years and gave this BS story that they had trouble adding a Matchmaking option to Nightfall in Destiny 1.🤦♂️ I never liked how this developer always has to have way too much control over just about everything in this game on how people play their game. It's why they will lose many gamers and a huge chunk of the player base has already dropped off because they have no desire to play anything else in the game. Mainly because they see this developer is just drip-feeding content, and is back to the same old same old nonsense.
