I still can’t get my final Mote of Light (should’ve obtained last week)
Hi there! Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve had all 9 bosses complete since last week. Have all Visions planted (I have the chest spawned in the Speaker’s chamber). I’ve beat the Meatball twice in match made today, and still no Mote. Do I have to complete it solo? That means I have to risk RNG because I’ve done the activity solo twice today, as well, and have gotten Taken giant Minotaur both times.
What do I need to do? Please help. I just want exotic Khvostov

3 RepliesI got the meatball 1st time round & his mote, must of missed another I was told. Killed them all again, still 16 motes.

Chest is spawned, but no final mote. Should i just keep farming overgrowths hoping one of them will drop it, or wait for another fix? Edit: i got it! killed the taken servitor boss again, not sure if it matters but when i got it i waited for him to go fully into the cave, instead of instant nuking him. also did it solo. 2nd edit: i should mention it was my 4th overall servitor kill, 3rd after patch.

*UPDATE** Despite having all bosses defeated and all Visions collected and planted, my final Mote dropped from one run in the Landing today when I was finishing what was needed to get Dual Destiny unlocked. It turned into the Mote of Primordial Light, and I was able to get the exotic Khvostov. So it may be locked and drop from OTHER Overthrow bosses for everyone else. Hope you all get it! Happy hunting!

1 ReplySeems to still be broken for most people. Some people are getting it, but after several attempts. Personally I fought it twice and got nothing. Still stuck at 16/17.
