Had this happen twice, once during traversal and once during the final boss. The alignments buffs just go away and now we cant damage targets or activate plates. I want to like this mission but i've had to restart the whole thing 3 times now because it won't work properly. One time it happened as we revived each other so I guess just leave your friends for dead.
