Hi bungie I hope this reaches you… I was exploring in the pale heart and I found and opened a regional chest. This was before I was up to the step to collect those Lost Encryption Bits. I’m not sure if it was my inventory was full or not because I found that can be a problem HOWEVER, when I opened my first chest the Lost Encryption Bit didn’t come up. I’m assuming it was because I was not up to this step yet to collect for the quest. Now I’m one bit short to finish the quest, and there’s no way of opening that chest ever again. I checked on another character to see if it was possible to do it fresh but the chests are account wide. Please help I want Khvostov! Regards Andrew
