Missing Quest for Paracausal Geometries Triumph
[spoiler] After doing 6 of the paracausal geometries around the Pale Heart the quest has vanished from my inventory and I don't see a way to reacquire it from Micah. I can't progress the triumph anymore as, without the quest, the object that you activate in order to shoot the boxes is not spawning into the world.[/spoiler]

After the one in the lost city outskirts the next is supposed to be in the Landing but I have no marker, and there is no activation point in the area even though I can see both boxes. (EDIT) OK so this is tied to the Alone in the Dark quest where you do the Cysts, you need to do it 11 times and each ghost unlocks an activity.
