Frame drops on gaming laptop after TFS launch

Hey folks, Aware this is being spun up a few times but just wanted to throw my own hat into the ring, hopefully with a few more details. As part of my home setup I tend to play Destiny in the evening on a 2023 Razer Blade 16" - rocking an RTX 4070, 8GB GDDR6, alongside an i9-13950HX (24 core, 32 Threads) and 16GB RAM. Prior to TFS launching everything ran smooth as butter on the highest setting whilst power is plugged in. Consistent 60FPS. Following the launch of TFS I've had consistent (read: once every minute) frame stutters / drops with no obvious cause. I can literally be walking and then I'll drop from 60 fps down to 2-3 - feeling almost frozen in time for anywhere ranging from 1-5 seconds. Immediately after I go straight back to 60fps and we're back. There's no pattern to 'when' it happens - I.E. it's not a case of too many enemies on screen, crazy VFX - as mentioned, I can be aiming, jumping, walking and it'll just happen. Upon looking at my PC Resources, my CPU and GPU are typically sat at 32-40% usage and there's no clear performance spikes in either direction which I'd expect if something is becoming too taxing. I've run through the most common troubleshooting options - Driver updates, lowering settings, ensuring no background processes are running etc but still experience the same issues. I've also run through all proposed troubleshooting (Setting D2 to "high priority" in graphic settings as one example) Fingers crossed this helps even a little bit in identifying the issue.
