I was aware of the bug where killing the servitor boss Koftiks doesn't award progress for the exotic quest, so I went to clear the area first. Upon my 3rd run I was met with Voxelos again, I killed the boss and it awarded me the triumph for clearing the blooming overthrow bosses, but I didn't get the 3rd mote of light from the area.
