So my wife and i took a long break from the game, when we came back, my account seems more or less fine, minus some weird missing purchases, but my wife has an annoying problem.
Her old account was the same name of an email she used (very SFW sounding name) and when we got back in, we noticed the system had changed her name to "guardian----". We searched the help tab, but we found that the system wont let her change her name, since its already been changed once (we assume to this blank template name)
We couldn't find any link in the help tab to get to someone to help fix this. Any ideas on how we can elevate this?

Unfortunately I’m not aware of any appeals process or a means to request a Support Ticket for help with name changes. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
