I have 1 in my inventory and a quest, the desperation with 1 as the reward. The limit used to be 1 but I'm holding off doing the quest until I know its more than 1 or when I've used it on something otherwise I'll loose it. So what's the inventory cap? can it go to the post master if its 1 and full?
