Consecration's second slam attack isn't shattering Stasis crystals.
As of update 8.0.0.1 it was stated that "Consecration's slam attack can now shatter Stasis crystals". I have attempted multiple times to perform this interaction, but every time the crystals have not been shattered by the wave of the second slam attack. Is this intended? If so, the update information is very misleading
