Cannot progress campaign
Before this, I had completed the first campaign with a hunter and obtained the prism subclass . Then I deleted that character and i created a new hunter and played with two other friends who hadn't completed the quest. and then as shown in the video, I didn't have any interaction buttons, so I couldn't play the game normally.
I have tried to complete the mission alone countless times, and the same problem occurs when I delete the character and play again.
PS: Other class can play normally, only the hunter has this problem

12 RepliesHello, Thanks for reaching out! We are actively investigating this issue. As a potential workaround in the meantime, you may be able to proceed by replaying the mission as a solo player. This hasn't worked for everyone but rest assured that we're looking into a direct solution in the meantime.

Tried today with my Hunter and still does not work cant get subclass

What I did was ask a friend to help me with this part of the campaign where he can interact with the prism puddle to pass, I was left without the subclass but at least I can still do the story and continue playing other DLC content, until they fix it, it's better to play without the subclass than not to play at all

1 ReplyJust a heads up: You can bypass the soft lock by having another player commune past that point but you can't unlock prismatic yourself. I'll try replaying the mission later and give an update to see what happens later

3 RepliesCurrently players cannot acquire the Prismatic subclass on more than one character of the same class. Creating multiple characters of the same class serves no benefit in Destiny 2. Character appearance can be recustomized from the character selection menu.

The try it again. i was able to activate and get the mission working on my hunter then rebind to the buttons i wanted. This happened on my first time playing Tuesday night , took me 3 hrs to figure this out. Something happened after the server reset at 3pm on the 4th my guess..

I’m having the same issue. I play a hunter. First day of new DLC I was able to interact with the transcendence pool but got disconnected right after. Now I can’t progress the story. I’ve restarted the mission, mashed all the buttons when standing in the pool. Nothing. 10 years of enjoying the game without issues and 30 mins in I get locked out of continuing the story.

2 RepliesSame issue. Was switching from my warlock to hunter this expansion and I didn't like my hunter appearance and voice so i decided to change him up since i wasn't losing much. Tried the campaign and i'm unable to unlock prismatic, soft locked in the area unable to continue the campaign. Much disappointing. :/
