The Wishbearer title can't be equipped
I already achieved this title last season, but today I realized that the second quest in the first row inside the title is 9/10, which confused me.
I would say the title is highlighted in the legacy title but I can't equip it.

1 ReplyTitles you have unlocked need to be equipped ONCE before they become legacy titles. Otherwise they will count as unobtained.
