Bungie needs to give Destiny 2 an offline mode
I am so tired of Server issues if the game could be played offline and make it to where raids are not accessible it would be so much easier to play the game and not get kicked when you try to get on the game

Been trying to start a dialogue about always online side of things for years. Offline mode would fix a lot of issues I have with game rn: -I can't play on my Linux PC (as Windows is bloated unsecured mess with privacy concerns) cause Bungie say we all are cheaters. -I can't also play with mouse and keyboard on my Xbox cause Bungie say it's unfair to let me use preferred input method. Solution imo could be: to make game not engage Battleye outside of inventory and matchmaking activities - so anyone can play raids/dungeons/missions without anyone caring what type of input anyone uses - -blam!- cares if I play on mnk on consoles or on Linux? It's just way less straining on my RSI playing this way. Also I wish to not have my all data stolen cause Windows is a cheese grater instead of secure OS. Signed, Bad Actor

I was just thinking this the other day. If Redfall can do it, so can every other major game and studio.

I would like the option to play the campaigns solo, but the rest of the content should stay multiplayer. Honestly it would have been the best option for release yesterday with how many people had issues connecting Let the people who wanted to play as a group play together, but solo players like myself would’ve been much better off being able to play offline
