Unable to launch legend campaign

I am completely unable to launch the legend campaign after backing out of it to go to the tower, rendering me completely unable to efficiently prep for the raid race this Friday. Just... what?

Same thing happened to me. just activate the normal launch and it will take you to the legend screen
