I pre ordered final shape and was able to get into the game however when I got in it said that i did not own final shape. Help.

1 ReplyI’m on ps5 exact same issue but I fixed it. You have to go to settings, user, other, restore licenses. Then restart the console and it should fix.

1 ReplyEdited by kendallalex123: 6/5/2024 12:27:20 PMMy friend is having the same issue, i've noticed by comparing mine and his that he has an extra final shape dlc section that is separate from the annual pass one that he bought, me thinks the game is taken the non-annual one to be the main one and not recognising the payed one. We're trying a file integrity check will update is anything happens. (update: the file integrity check did nothing, he has access to the season pass, but cant continue with the main story)

Happenned the same and it's fixed now after, idk, 7 hours? I just had to dowload the game again, restore purcharses twice and go to sleep for 6 hours (it's 8AM here right now) and there it is all working perfectly as it should have been yesterday.

I got a similar issue, but with the annual pass specifically. I don't have the premium track for the seasons pass, and its saying I need to purchase it despite having the thing installed.
