My Microsoft credentials were logged on a computer and were used to play Destiny with a third-party cheat program. My account was subsequently banned, but I have text chat logs from the person who used my account. I appealed the ban but have not received a response and it's been almost 21 days. After thousands of dollars and over 19,500 hours of game time, is my account lost? Has anyone had any luck with a ban appeal when you have solid evidence of illicit use by someone else?
