Backup Mag Reducing Total Ammo
This was tested with no ammo reserve mods and no reserve altering perks. This seems to only be occurring on fusion rifles as far as I know. Out of the 4 fusion rifles I tested all of them had the same issue. Scatter signal goes from 18 to 16 ammo with backup mag equipped, cartesian coordinate goes from 19 to 16, deliverance goes from 18 to 16, and loaded question (adept) goes from 16 to 14 with backup mag, then from 16 to 15 with adept mag.
