So bungie, you have said in the past that it’s unfair that players get their abilities back incredibly fast, yet you allow players to fly from 1 side of the map to the other in 2 seconds, and what I’m sick and tired of is people acting self righteous and by doing such thing they think that makes them a good player. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of hours I’ve spent in raids especially RoN at 2nd encounter when your team has to wipe over and over because “oops I screwed up my skate I don’t think I’ll have time to recover”, so at the same time it does make me laugh because these things are meant to make things faster yet somehow slows down, with this information I think you should take a strong look into this eager edge situation because I’ve promised myself that if it hasn’t gone by final shape then I will not be buying. I understand to some it’s fun, but to MOST, it’s just ego, so I’d hate to throw 2,500+ hours down the drain because you don’t care about the people who have played since the beta of the 1st game to the franchise, I even have an easy fix for it too, bring back worldline zero skating so that that’s the only way to do it plus it takes their exotic slot and then make it so that when you swap weapons mid raid you lose ALL ammo, if not that then allow sparrows in more areas such as the RoN raid. Enough said bungie it’s now or never, fix it or you lose a very loyal gamer :/
If you aren’t bungie you’re simply irrelevant and I couldn’t care less about people tryna defend a bug, if eager edge allowed bring back relic shaping bug!

Edited by Mutant Raze: 6/2/2024 11:32:03 PMYou are not the sole demographic and not everyone using eagers is your bad lfg ron team. The only way I see this making any sense is disabling it for worlds first races so speedrunning jumping puzzles isnt what makes a difference. Any other argument besides that has too many flaws in logic

Bro got issues.

Hell they nerfed my lament so why not 😂 🤣

4 RepliesPersonally I think skating should be removed from the game but my god the example you chose is awful. The reason it is used for scission is because those launchers are buggy as -blam!- and will send warlocks into the void with no way to recover.

3 RepliesEdited by An Engram Full Of Bees: 6/1/2024 1:58:58 AMI get where you’re coming from, but it’s more of a utility tool than anything else. Lots of folks associate it with speedrunners who have Traveler-sized egos, but it’s actually incredibly useful. Even in endgame content, it can help you reposition yourself ridiculously fast if something goes wrong.

2 RepliesThe most fun thing to use in the game! Both shatter and well skates are super fun to use and takes only 3 button combo. The day they disable this in the game will be my last day of playing!

9 RepliesEager edge is so useful just for the movement Utility to save some time in mindless activities like some seasonal events or playlist onslaught where the enemies are not tough enough to really need a heavy.

Lol no

I don’t think you know what either of those two words mean lol. You might as well just pack it up now, big guy, because not only does Bungie not read these ridiculous posts but they’re most certainly not going to be removing Eager Edge over the course of the next three days lol. 😂🤦🏻♂️
