Hacker attached an epic games to my cross save
I have contacted epic and they said only bungie can help with this, but bungie has zero way of contacting them, what can i do?

Then you asked the wrong question. You need to work with Epic to recover access to login to the account, nothing more and nothing less. Bungie won't forcibly deactivate Cross Save or unlink any accounts for security reasons.
