No response on tickets created for problems with DOB

Hi, Im doing this post to try to get some attention to whats happening with my sister’s account. About two weeks ago we noticed that she couldn’t talk, chat or buy anything on her account. She cant even post in the forums and that’s why Im the one doing it. Ive been trying to help her with what that could be a we believe is a wrong date of birth. She was born on march 2007, so clearly shes not 13 to be getting this treatment on her account. And she didn’t get the DOB pop-up that everyone mentions, she plays on ps5 idk if that has anything to do with that. So, like many post says, we created tickets on her account attaching her ID, the first ticket (create 8 days ago) got a response (yesterday) that seems automated just making a copy-paste of this page (that we already read): https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/24217906958868-Date-of-Birth-Requirements-for-Destiny-2-and-Bungie-Services Idk for yall but a copy paste is not a response for me and shouldn’t be for anyone. We created another ticket this Monday, got no response and was marked as “Solved” yesterday, without a response and with the problem still there. ONCE AGAIN, yesterday we created ANOTHER TICKET, we put a copy of the law of our country (Panama) which specifically says the age of consent is 14yo, we don’t have any law of “age of digital consent” just the general consent, somewhere on the page of the age restriction says that it will apply the age of consent of the country that the person lives, that’s why I put the law. the ticket got marked two minutes later as “Solved” without getting a response once again. That’s beyond disrespectful, and probably theres more people that are in the same situation an we don have any other way to communicate with Bungie directly. And in the worst case scenario, I would set the parental control, being me her responsible adult. BUT DOESNT WORK EITHER. The link is broken in her account, showing a message like she was the “adult” So yeah, we are clearly upset about this situation, hopefully I can get a response here.
