Zero Hour Intrinsic bugged?
Did the first vault puzzle two times in a row correctly, and no triumph or anything, even though it said sequence complete and I moved to the next area. Wtf am I supposed to do?

There's a second part, right before the boss... Activate the consoles in the correct sequence for each puzzle.
