What happened to we all start together.
*For those commenting, Bungie said they would not be doing early access for this expansion. Everyone including streams were suppose to be going in 100% blind.

1 ReplyAt this point, streamers have reached the status above everyone and everything else.
-
Are you kidding ?! Are you all brand new to the earth ….video game companies….Bungie 🙄😂
-
2 RepliesI can't believe -blam!- posts like this exist. Like your thought process did all that to create this -blam!- of a topic. What a clown.

1 ReplyI know right why would bungie market their game by letting new sources and content creators play it early for like 3 hours, what's next devs getting to play it early too?
-
1 ReplyThis was a Sony messup and has nothing to do with Bungie. Sony leaked the Elden Ring DLC too.
-
2 RepliesEdited by Yosemite Sam: 5/29/2024 11:10:30 PMThe fact that you put trust in what they said is more of a concern than what they claimed they were going to do. I don't know how anyone can trust people who constantly lie to their face and will use the license agreement to cover their lies. Never trust any developer's word, they can back out of it at any given time, and this developer has done that multiple times.

Lol. Think Bungie doesn’t still give reach arounds to their free advertisers 🤣🤣🤣
-
8 RepliesIronic how Bungie blatantly lies about giving the chosen few early access, but comes down heavily on data miners and spoilers. What is the difference?
-
They have done more harm to themselves

Everyone including streams were suppose to be going in 100% blind.
Yeah, that’s another head scratcher. As others have commented, part of their business model is to allow streamers early access so they can make videos. It has been obvious that they also give streamers clues to the raid mechanics. The videos that explain things are free advertising. It baffles me why they would announce that. It seems that they are caught in the same addictive behaviors fomented by their game design. It’s a dumb lie to tell. No need to tell it. They decided to put the resources into a mish-mash of elemental builds. That type of thing really requires guides. I would have put the resources into updating planets, bringing some back, new strikes and new enemies. Not my decision to make. When you start down the path of dishonesty you really become less and less free. The spider is the first one caught in the web it weaves.

5 RepliesDon't worry, their streamer buddies who have been helping them ruin the game weren't the only ones who got early access. Watch some of the Xbox players posting about how they are upset at Sony 😂
-
6 RepliesEdited by Eatz: 5/29/2024 1:01:13 PMWhy do people care about this so much? The streamers don’t keep anything from their play test, and even if they know how to get that stuff back, how does that affect you? If you weren’t watching their vids, you’d never know and you wouldn’t be affected. Their play test has provided a little bit of insight on TFS, and I’m more excited than before because of it.
-
Welp... It leaked on PS5. Is that early enough access for ya there, bucko?
-
59 RepliesNo one has early access. All Bungie did was invite some content creators over to HQ so they could play test the Exotics and Prismatic on a private server, letting them hype up a DLC with PR to boost the low preorder numbers. That's it. They've been doing this since D1. Remember when they invited KingGothalion, ProfessorBroMan, and TripleWreck to show off aspects of the House of Wolves? Same deal. They didn't play on their accounts, nor were they able to keep anything they got.

6 RepliesEdited by madgamer438: 5/30/2024 2:52:10 AMRemember, these streamers are in the gaming companies' pockets. The streamers are going to be in favor of the companies and vice versa, never forget that. That explains all the special trips to Bungie or wherever they go and brand new computers and consoles. What? Do you think these companies do all that for free out of the kindness of their hearts? The companies are out to make money, and so are the streamers. The companies cater to the streamers, and the streamers will never bite the hand that feeds them. That's why Bungie's feeling the hit to the pre-orders, but Bungie's determined they're going to do what they want to do, even if it destroys Bungie. Let Bungie fall.

1 ReplyAztec is already reviewing exotics FFS.
-
This is what yall are whining about now? It’s media day coverage. Hence why outlets like IGN were there, and an embargo was imposed. Literally every major game has this. Not sure how this actually impacts anyone realistically.
-
Honestly, who the hell cares. It won’t impact you.
WhAt HaPpEnEd To We AlL sTaRt ToGeThEr.

😭😭😭😭
Look at the bright side those MORONS will start begging for nerfs week 2, as soon as they complete the raid!!!
-
You really thought Bungie would follow through with what they Say? Rule #1..Bungie Lies ALOT
-
It’s advertisement. But I hope Bungie would nerf the guns before releasing so that it won’t need to be renerfed again.

1 ReplyEdited by UltraRage101: 5/30/2024 1:04:30 AMI get what you mean, but why 25 hour down time for the release of the final shape.
-
It’s not too late to cancel your preorders.
-
Honestly, are we that surprised?
-
6 Repliesits good to invite people that play the game a lot as they can identify quality flaws better than devs or random testers that never or barely touch destiny.
