Tormentor not spawning. I do have a video but it takes a min to process so if you need proof i can post from xbox upon request. In the meantime im gonna reload game and hope that solves issue. Obviously cant finish archies quest if tormentor wont spawn, also others are having this issue per comments on youtube. Edit: closing the game resolves the issue but ive noticed many instances bugged, not just neomuna, where an npc (dreaming city) for a mission wont show, or a boss wont spawn (neomuna), or a chest wont spawn after kill on qualichor bosses (throne world).
