My friend on Xbox has purchased the preorder for TFS, but keeps receiving the pop-up whenever he launches the game saying to preorder the content. The game also does not acknowledge he’s bought the preorder as it doesn’t show up stating “purchased” under that content in game. However, he has all the cosmetics for the preorder, and his money has already been taken. Microsoft says there’s nothing they can do because on their end, it shows him has already having the content.
