Can anyone help, All my data is gone or rolled back

As the title says legit all my data has rolled back or is missing i dont understand how or why, I had no issues a week ago, and today i logged in and i have 3 characters which are all using the data i had well over a year ago, all my current content gear, progress is all gone, even campaign i did and the preorder stuff i just bought last week for final shape is gone. I cant seem to find a ticket submit option for this either. Im panicking like crazy. i checked my vault and none of it is current content either

    • do you have moire than 1 account on the same platform?go to where you bought FS and see if it is still there. also check to see if they cancelled it
