Not getting intrinsic perks on outbreak after completing legendary
It gave me the new rewind rounds. But not the intrinsic or any barrel or mags. Is that normal.

2 RepliesI'm having the same problem. Got the intrinsic quests from ADA, found and hit all of the paired switches, and completed the Zero Hour Mission on legendary. The quests from ADA are completed. I can apply the REWIND ROUNDS perk, but I cannot upgrade the intrinsic perks or change any of the barrels or mag perks.

1 ReplyEdited by PipeWrench: 5/28/2024 1:36:03 PMIntrinsics are acquired different. You can acquire them on normal but you have to activate some terminals and shoot some targets. Doing this will open the shielded rooms after the fire floor and you do a puzzle to get the intrinsics. First panel is in the first room with the brig. Second panel is in the room with the plane you go under. Third panel will be revealed in a few hours.

You need to change the first column on left to the unlocked versions to have access to other barrels etc.
