Bungie, if you want us to stop running well for everything, please stop designing everything around having no cover and highly aggressive enemies that run you down with long range splash weapons with zero reload, zero cooldown, zero damage drop off and zero self damage.
You are the designers that create encounters where the best solution is blinding GLs to stop enemies from doing anything so you can actually play as aggressive as this game seems to want us to play, but then ramp up enemy damage so high that it's just nonsense to even run encounters without playing so safe your game encourages the community to beg for scouts and other longer range weapons to deal more damage.
Please try to solve for the problems that you have created. Thank you.

You bring up 1 encounter in the game where you actually can find cover like every other encounter in game.
