Luna's Howl Incandescent Heal Clip
I'm absolutely convinced you're throttling this roll and it's been made to drop less.
Having close to 200 drops of the weapon (including 12 shinys) I've not had a single drop with this perk combo.
I've seen multiple people with the same 'luck' and some saying they've had close to 500 drops without that combo which is statistically unlikely.
If you are influencing drop rates in favour of other perk combinations that is extremely shady. If you're worried about the strength of that combo in The Final Shape then come out and say something.
I don't think RnG is this awful for this many people. I know the weapon is dropping with that combo but I do think you're up to something shady in this instance. When I've had 10+ drops of heal clip, kill clip and pretty much all the available perk combos, except this one, you know something's up. 🤔
I've got 500+ tokens saved for reset's increased shiny drop rate but something tells me that I'm still going to be 'unlucky' 🙄

12 RepliesWhy do you want that roll? Cause some streamer told you it's good? To fully utilize heal clip, you need to reload the gun while being under 50% health. The reload on HCs is very slow at base and heal clip inc luna has no reload boosting perks. The amount of time you will effectively use heal clip in combat is insignificant. You want heal clip on a fast reloading guns, such as sidearms and smgs, even autos, but it's basically useless on HCs. I have that roll and it's whatever. Subsistence inc is FAR better roll.

Do not let FOMO take over , Stressing about a roll that isn't really good will make you hate the game. I have rolls that I believe are better and they drop a lot. Save up those brave tokens until after reset get double drops. Kill clip & Subsistence Kill Clip & Heal Clip Incandescent & Eye of the Storm Magnificent Howl & Eye of the Storm Magnificent Howl & Subsistence
